I was just sitting pondering my first post. The usual thoughts of a new writer seeing a blank page before him and being lost in its blankness. Do I explain the purpose of my blog? Does it HAVE a purpose? If it does do I consciously realize what that is?

My favorite self professed Socialist sparring partner has a thought anew to which he wants me to tangle with. Ever trying to entice me to the Socialist side of the fence by showing me the horrors that are democracy and capitalism. And I to prove his socialist ways have already been proven wrong so long ago.
It is funny how events conspire sometimes to provide a path on which to explore. I should start writing my second post now after the riposte.
